Should I be scared?

Should I be scared to buy or sell right now?

Absolutely not! The local real estate market did slow down due to low inventory, but it never completely stopped. The Daniels Team has seen a resurgence in activity.

The most exciting part about real estate right now is that interest rates are continuing to stay at historic lows. This week, one of our trusted local lenders is showing interest rates down to 2 ¼% for 30 year VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loans.

This is great news for buyers and sellers! If you need to sell, buyers can get fantastic buying power for their money. And if you need to buy, you can take advantage of that buying power for your own needs.

What about social distancing requirements?

The Daniels Team has you covered. We have been working remotely with our clients. We can set up a virtual meeting to talk with you about the buying or selling process from the comfort of your home. We can do a virtual tour so you can preview a home without having to physically go inside. And we can even record a video tour that you can review at your leisure, and share with family members when work schedules don’t line up. We strongly recommend visiting a home in person before making an offer. But, if you are unable to visit a property, it is possible to offer and negotiate on a home without stepping through the door until after the closing.

Lenders and attorneys in the area are able to accommodate social distancing requirements so that we can get you through the process quickly and safely.

So please contact us today so we can put you in your dream home before rates go back up!
